ASIC's Power to Make Specific Exemption Orders

Pursuant to subsection 340(1) of the Corporations Act 2001 (“the Act”) the Australian Securities and Investments Commission has made an order relieving Cobar Consolidated Resources Limited from compliance with paragraph 323D(5) of the Act for the half-year beginning 7 March 2006.
