Cobar Consolidated Resources Limited (ASX:CCU) today held an Extraordinary General Meeting to approve resolutions relating to a number of the fund raising initiatives announced by the Company on 8 May 2009. The fund raising initiatives were announced to progress the Wonawinta feasibility study.
