Winduck Super Project

The insights gained by CCR as a result of the drilling of the Gundaroo and Wonawinta Projects have generated a vision - the "Winduck Super Project".

CCR believes that this area has potential to host major resources of Ag-Pb-Zn in Winduck group sediments in close proximity to the major Dusty Tank (Blue Mountain) and Jackermaroo Faults. In pursuit of this vision, CCR has acquired outright ownership of Exploration Licence 6651 (replaced by EL7345), which covers extensions of the Dusty Tank Fault running southwards from Gundaroo to Wonawinta, and the Jackermaroo Fault extension to the northwest of Wonawinta.

There are compelling indications of mineralisation associated with these fault structures, additional to the documented occurrences at Gundaroo and Wonawinta.

The CCR vision is summarised in Figure 1. This shows the resources and prospects identified to date in CCR tenements, and the fault structures which control the mineralisation. Based on drilling to date, a target mineralization figure of 374,000 tonnes of Zn equivalent at a grade of 5.6% Zn or in excess of 50Moz Ag equivalent at 200g/t can be predicted. CCR is confident that follow up drilling will define additional resources of stratiform Zn at Gundaroo. There is clearly potential for the discovery of multiples of these resources by systematic exploration of the 70+ strike km of mineralised fault structures which traverse CCR's tenements.

The Smith’s Tank Anticline, north-east of Wonawinta (detail map), offers exceptional potential for the discovery of further shallow oxide silver resources.  The geology is identical to that seen at Wonawinta. A number of significant mineralized intercepts obtained by CRA  RAB drilling offer immediate follow-up drill targets.

Almost all of the mineralisation identified to date lies within 100m of the surface and will be amenable to low cost mining. Importanly, higher grade areas can be identified within both the Wonawinta and De Nardi resources. The search for high grade primary mineralisation will be pursued concurrently by means of a deep-penetrating IP survey over target areas outlined at Gundaroo.

In summary, CCR is confident that the Winduck Super Project has potential for the discovery of Ag-Pb-Zn of sufficient magnitude to justify a long term mining and milling operation.
