Mr Trevor Shard
Company Secretary & Investor Relations Adviser
Mr Shard provides company secretarial and investor relations advice to the company. He has over 30 years experience in the minerals industry including senior operations, sales and marketing and corporate roles.
Before joining CCR he provided consultancy services to a range of junior exploration companies. Prior to that he held a broad range of senior manager positions with Pasminco over a 15 year period, including investor and community relations, company secretarial and business development and strategy. He managed the base metal concentrates sales and purchasing teams with CRA before joining Pasminco. Trevor has hands-on experience in Australian equity markets and corporate and structured finance. He has been directly involved in a number of IPOs, equity capital raisings, asset acquisitions and divestments and takeovers.
He is an economics graduate from Flinders University, a senior associate of FINSIA, a member of the Australian Investor Relations Association and an affiliate of Chartered Secretaries Australia.
Mr Martin Lenard
Exploration Manager
Mr Lenard is a Monash University Earth Sciences graduate with over 30 years experience in base metals and gold exploration and resource evaluation both in Australia and overseas.
Mr Lenard has an outstanding track record of success in exploration, mine geological management, and mining project investment analysis.
He has led the exploration team that discovered the Junction and Revenge gold deposits at St Ives (Kambalda), enabling rapid open pit development. He designed and managed the exploration program that increased ore reserves by 50% at Stawell Gold Mines, and conducted three years of project evaluation and acquisition work in North America for Mining Project Investors. He was most recently Senior Project Geologist with Sedimentary Holdings based in Melbourne.
Mr Lenard is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
Mr Alan Knights
Chief Financial Officer
Mr Knights has over 30 years experience in the commercial and financial aspects of the mining industry. He has held numerous positions with WMC Limited including Group Treasurer, Company Secretary and General Manager Finance. He has held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Perilya Limited and Executive Director of Green Rock Energy Limited, a startup geothermal energy company.
Mr Knights has an economics degree from Adelaide University, a Master of Business Administration from Melbourne University and is a CPA.
Mr Nick Colalancia
Engineering & Construction Manager
Mr Colalancia is a Graduate of the University of Adelaide with a B.E (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering.
He currently holds the position of Director and Principal Design Engineer within RSO Pty Ltd and has 28 years experience across the Oil and Gas and Mineral Processing Industries. During this time he has been involved with a range of projects including the original Olympic Dam process plant design and construction. He has gained significant expertise across all aspects of Engineering Design, Construction, Commissioning, Plant Maintenance and Optimisation.
He has held engineering positions with Fluor Australia and senior engineering positions with Western Mining Corporation. Since 1996 he has been engaged by mining companies to deliver services in design, manufacturing, process enhancement and construction management.
